The Tozo NC3<\/em> Wireless Earbuds are the slightly cheaper alternative to the iNC9 model, sporting three different colours, a nice clean display on the case as well as simple pairing and active noise cancellation; It covers all of the bases you\u2019d expect with a pair of wireless earbuds.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n

For the price point you can\u2019t really get much better than what is on offer here, although the Tozo NC3<\/em> do appear to lack in the bass department (in the case of listening to music) and do appear to sound a little tinny, but they do get the job done.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I have noticed that when I\u2019m out and about wearing them they do seem to catch the wind on occasion, leading to a loud whooshing noise even through the noise cancelation. Quite a few noises also seem to bleed through at times, but for more ambient sounds it works very well but won\u2019t really help you if there\u2019s a lot of noise happening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The simple clear display on the NC3<\/em>\u2019s gives you an easy look at how much charge each bud has left and the overall percentage of the cases\u2019 charge. I\u2019m not a fan of how the buds are stored, however, with you needing to slot the bottom of the buds in first as opposed to putting the earpiece down. This is because the charging point is located on the wings of the earbud. Sadly this does mean that if you drop them it’s easy to get them covered in debris or dirt which could affect charging and be a nightmare to get out of the case.<\/span><\/p>\n

The overall feel of the case and the earbuds do feel a little on the cheap side and feels more like when you buy a cheap attachment \u2014 as the plastic feels quite fragile \u2014 but what it lacks in density it makes up with being incredibly lightweight, to the point where you can barely feel them in your pocket or bag.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These buds do not feature wireless charging but instead sport a featured USB type-C for up to 55 hours of charge. It also features an IPX8 water rating meaning it can be submerged in up to 1m of clean clear water but I wouldn\u2019t recommend testing that as I\u2019m not 100% convinced that would be the case with the exposed charging areas in the case and on the wings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Tozo NC3<\/em> does a great job at being a budget pair of earbuds but doesn’t go beyond that in any way. It meets the basic requirements of what you\u2019d expect of a pair of earbuds and leaves it there, which is fine but if you would be looking for something a bit more premium with a lot more features I would recommend the <\/span>Edifier Neobuds Planar<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can also use the Tozo app to help control your earbuds, which comes choc-filled with a number of features and controls to help fine tune your experience and manage your device through your phone. Great for those who like getting into the nitty gritty of their sound management.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
